Terms of service

• Tappium: the mobile app and related services.
• Novylium: the sole proprietorship behind Tappium, Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 96646675.
• User: you, the individual or legal entity using Tappium.
• Subscription: the Pro licence taken out via App Store or Google Play.

By installing or using Tappium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Tappium works without an account in free mode, and with a personal account for Pro. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tappium.

Pro subscriptions are taken out via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle payment, billing and refunds. The relevant store’s terms apply to this transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel via your App Store or Play Store settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You use Tappium only for yourself or for your own business.
• No reverse engineering, scraping or abuse of our servers.
• You don’t share content that breaks the law, infringes others’ rights, or undermines the operation of Tappium.

You can stop using Tappium at any time. Delete the app, or request account deletion via privacy@novylium.nl.

We may refuse or revoke your access in case of serious abuse or suspected fraud. If we do, we’ll send you the reasoning.

Tappium is provided "as is". We do our best, but offer no guarantee that the app is error-free or always available.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the past 12 months, with a cap that is reasonable and customary in the SaaS industry.

Indirect damages (lost income, consequential damages) are excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

All rights to Tappium (name, logo, code, designs) belong to Novylium. Your data is yours, and stays yours.

We may update these terms. For material changes we inform active users by email or in-app. By continuing to use the app after a change, you agree to the new version.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the District Court of The Hague, unless mandatory law designates a different court.
